2.2 Information from Third-Party Services

When you sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive:

• Your name and email address
• Your profile picture (if available)
• A unique identifier from the third-party service

We do not receive or store your passwords from these services.

2.3 Photos and Images

When you use our virtual try-on feature, we process:

• Photos you upload of yourself
• Product images for try-on
• Generated try-on result images

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our Service:

• Device information (browser type, operating system)
• IP address and approximate location
• Usage data (pages visited, features used)

We use the information we collect to:

• AI Processing: For each try-on request, we send your selected selfie/photo, product image, and product URL/title to Google LLC (Gemini API on Google Cloud) to produce your virtual try-on result. This data is processed solely to fulfill your request and is not used to train generative models.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your photos with advertisers.

We require third-party processors to apply data-protection controls that are the same as or stronger than our own contractual and technical safeguards.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. Photos and try-on results are stored for the duration of your account. You can delete individual try-ons from your history at any time.

Deleting your account. You can permanently delete your FitMagik account and all associated data directly from the mobile app at Settings → Delete Account, or from the website at Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is immediate and removes:

• Your profile (name, email, authentication identifiers)
• All uploaded selfies and product images
• All generated try-on results and history
• Active sessions and authentication tokens
• Subscription and billing records (where legally permitted)

If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by emailing privacy@fitmagik.com from the email address associated with your account, and we will delete your data within 30 days.

Limited records (such as anonymized transaction logs and records required for tax, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance) may be retained for the period required by law, and encrypted backups may persist for up to 30 days before being overwritten in the normal course of operations.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure password hashing
• Regular security audits
• Access controls and authentication

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
